Doesn't Skip a Beat

In 2018 we knew we had to begin the path of looking for a new DBOS. At the time, we were using four different software's to accommodate our needs which wasn't a sustainable option for us. After speaking with other dealers and reviewing several other systems we quickly realized that CORE was the right fit for us. CORE provided what we needed to combine into one system. They also have a road map for the future that fits the needs of the dealer. CORE was extremely accommodating to our special request regarding implementation of our system. In 2020 when the entire world got turned upside down, CORE didn't miss a beat with getting us up and running on time. Detailed & Respectful

The training we received was detailed and comprehensive. The trainers help navigate the many facets of CORE's capabilities in a manner that is informative, respectful of our time, and flexible to our individual processes. The QA environment is the secret weapon in your implementation. Our team had two levels of participation in the QA environment - those who were in it every day and those who dabbled. Be the former, not the latter. The team members who dug in and built up their knowledge (and muscle memory) during the training phase are our Go-To Gurus for the rest of the team. The sandbox gives you the chance to walk transactions through, feel system behaviours, and proactively identify key areas to watch for and improve. Dedicate time in there; you won't regret it.

As a user of any system or product many times you cringe when you have to reach out to a support group. This isn't the case with CORE! Reaching out to the CORE Support group is like reaching out to a friend...they are always there for you and super supportive of your needs. Regardless of the type of question or request you submit they provide a clear response. Sometimes you may not get the response you want but they still respond and explain. CORE has put together a support group that understands our dealer world and the needs we have to support our customer. This ensures that we get the best support today and in the future as needs change...having support that's been where you are makes all of our lives easier.

API Expertly Integrated

BOS had an opportunity to create a Work From Home Program for a major customer. Our challenge, creating an efficient way to accept thousands of individual table and chair orders quickly, provide up to date information on shipping status to the individual user and provide an overall project status to the Facilities Department. With flexibility, quick response, and the expertise of the CORE team, we were able to integrate our WooCommerce store with CORE. BOS was able to process orders quickly, provide email tracking notifications, and leverage the CORE Customer Portal to quickly and professionally meet the needs of our customer.
